Questions homeowners ask first
How much does an ADU cost in Los Angeles?
Construction runs $280 to $320 per square foot for a one-story ADU and $285 to $320 for a two-story one, with plans and permitting priced separately. Converting an existing garage is usually cheaper: $90,000 to $110,000 for a typical 400 sq ft attached garage. Our cost guide explains what moves the number.
Are the property visit and the estimate really both free?
Yes, both of them. We come to the property at no charge, and the estimate that follows is free too. There is no obligation attached to either, and there is no charge if you decide not to go ahead.
Do I need plans or drawings before contacting you?
No. An address and a rough idea is enough. Plenty of homeowners call us to find out whether the thing they are imagining is realistic at all, which is a perfectly good reason to call.
What is a Project Preview?
An early visual concept for your property. Send your address and what you are thinking about, and we send back a first look at what may be possible, with clear next steps.
